At Astro Penguin, we want everyone to have a safe, fun, and respectful experience in our multiplayer lobbies, matchmaking, and real-time voice chat.
This Code of Conduct applies whenever you use the Game’s multiplayer or voice chat features. It supplements and works alongside Meta’s Code of Conduct for Virtual Experiences, which also applies fully.
You may not:

Use excessive profanity, spam, mic spam, screaming, or disruptive audio in voice chat.

Share personal information of others without consent.
Impersonate other players, developers, or public figures.
Solicit, promote, or engage in illegal activities.
Disrupt servers, gameplay, or the experience of others.
Violate Meta’s Code of Conduct for Virtual Experiences or applicable laws.
If you witness prohibited conduct:
Use the in-game reporting tool from the pause screen, or
Press the ? (question mark) button on your right controller to open the reporting flow.
We review all reports carefully. Reports may include session details, user IDs, and other context to help us investigate.
We may take action on violations, including:
Temporary or permanent mute of voice chat.
Temporary or permanent ban from multiplayer features (enforced through our Nakama server).
Suspension or termination of access to the Game.
Enforcement decisions are at our sole discretion. If you believe an action was taken in error, you may appeal by emailing support@interlacevr.com. We are not required to reverse any decision.
